JavaScript is required

JavaScript is required to use OptOut. Either the browser that you are using does not support JavaScript, or it has been disabled.


Are you using a browser that doesn't support JavaScript?

If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can upgrade to a newer browser, such as Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2.

Do you have JavaScript disabled?

If you have JavaScript disabled, you must enable it to use OptOut.

To enable JavaScript

Internet Explorer 6:

  1. The best way to allow Javascript is to set the security level to Medium.
  2. After completing Step 1, refresh this page by clicking here.

Internet Explorer 5.x (Windows):

  1. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom Level... button.
  4. Within the Settings window, scroll down to the Scripting section and click Enable under Active Scripting, then click OK.
  5. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled.
  6. Refresh this page by clicking here.

Internet Explorer 4.x (Windows):

  1. From the View menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom (for expert users) button. Then click Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Scripting section and click Enable under Active Scripting, click OK.
  5. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled.
  6. Refresh this page by clicking here.

Internet Explorer 3.x (Windows):

  1. From the View menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. In the Active Content area, select the boxes next to Enable Java Programs and Allow Downloading of Active Content .
  4. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled.
  5. Refresh this page by clicking here.

Internet Explorer 4.x (Mac):

  1. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click the Web Content bullet under Web Browser.
  3. In the Active Content section, click Enable Scripting.
  4. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled.
  5. Refresh this page by clicking here.

Netscape Navigator 4.x (Mac and Windows):

  1. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to Advanced and select the box next to Enable JavaScript.
  3. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled
  4. Refresh this page by clicking here.

Netscape Navigator 3.x (Mac and Windows):

  1. From the Options menu, click Network Preferences...
  2. Select the box next to Enable JavaScript.
  3. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled
  4. Refresh this page by clicking here.

AOL 5.0 (Mac and Windows):

  1. From the My AOL menu, select Preferences
  2. Click on WWW
  3. Click on the Security tab
  4. Click the Custom Level... button.
  5. Within the Settings window, scroll down to the Scripting section and click Enable under Active Scripting, then click OK.
  6. Click OK to finish. JavaScript is now enabled.
  7. Refresh this page by clicking here.
